1. Acceptable Use
By accessing Sumtying, you agree to use our digital tools and hardware prototypes for their intended engineering and educational purposes. Malicious attempts to bypass rate limits or compromise the API infrastructure will result in immediate termination of your account.
2. Liability Disclaimer
The Falcon engine provides preliminary engineering calculations. Sumtying is not liable for structural, mechanical, or financial failures resulting from these outputs. All calculations must be verified by a licensed professional.
3. Hardware Safety
Users of Kelip hardware prototypes acknowledge that robotics involves mechanical risks. Sumtying is not responsible for injury or property damage resulting from improper assembly or operation of the hardware.
4. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to update these protocols to reflect new hardware releases or software updates. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
